All Practitioners have a Full and Relevant Level 3 qualification in Children's care, learning and development,  full Paediatric First Aid Training and Enhanced DBS certificates with annual checks. 

 

Personal Development is strongly encouraged and supported amongst the staff team and we pride ourselves on our tailored in house trainings created to suit the children's needs within the setting, some of which include Makaton training, Sensory Processing Difficulties,  Schematic Play and Characteristics of effective learning (Hands, Heart, Head)
